It wasn't that long ago -- in the pre-eBay days of collecting -- that one couldn't hope to acquire a vintage League Park postcard for less than $100. Such isn't the case these days. As I write this in March 2007, I'm looking at a near-mint example of a League Park card (the second one pictured in the gallery linked to below) that was purchased on eBay for just more than $60, including shipping. Not only is this a tough version of a League Park PC, it's also in fabulous condition. I only can imagine what this PC would have set back a collector in 1995!

In the gallery, I've tried to include an identifying number or phrase from each postcard that will help differentiate it from other cards that have similar views of the ballpark. Look closely at the images, because sometimes what appear to be identical cards actually have differences as minuscule as different sets of clouds or slightly different wording.
